You can refill your bottle at our hostel, La Ventana Azul. There is a tap with filtered water in the kitchen where you can refill your bottle anytime during your stay.

You can buy a Refeel bottle at the reception in our hostel, La Ventana Azul. The price is just 15 € per bottle, and it’s not only practical during your stay. It’s also a perfect little memory to take home from Gran Canaria.

Is the water in Las Palmas 100% safe to drink?
Yes, at the hostel we provide a filtered water tap in the kitchen and on the rooftop terrace with 100% safe drinking water. In that way you always have access to clean and fresh water.
Does the stainless steel affect the taste of the water?
No, the stainless steel keeps your water fresh and taste free.
Does my Refeel bottle get hot in the sun?
The bottle will get hot if it is placed in directly sunlight. However it will not affect the temperature of the water inside the bottle.
Is the bottle 100% leak-proof?
Yes, the screw lid with silicone seal makes it fully leak-proof.
How long will my Refeel bottle keep drinks hot or cold?
Up to 6 hours hot and 16 hours cold.
Can I put my Refeel bottle in the dishwasher?
No sorry… We recommend hand washing to protect the bamboo lid and the cork base.
